Fried Shrimp Cake

Fried Shrimp Cake

 250g   Shrimp meat
 25g     Pork Fat
 20       White Peppercorns.
 1 tsp    Chopped coriander roots
 1 tsp    Chopped Garlic
 1          Egg
 1 tbsp  Tapoica Flour
 1/4 tsp Salt
 2 tsp    Light Soy Sauce
 1 tsp    Sugar
 1 tsp    Sesame Oil
 100g    Bread Crumb


1. Pound the white peppercorns, coriander roots and garlic into a paste.
2. Mince pork fat and prawns together.
3. Add garlic paste, egg, tapoica flour, salt, light soy sauce and sugar.
4. Knead until sticky, and the add sesame oil.
5. Knead till well combine.
6. Shape the mixture into small balls and flatten into patties.
7. Coat with bread crumbs.
8. Deep fried till golden brown.
