This is my first time making a Ice Cream Cake. My hubby is not a cake lover but he loves Haagen Dazs Chocolate Ice Cream. So for his birthday, I decide to make a chocolate ice cream cake to surprise him. Overall, everyone in the family enjoyed it.

Rainbow Cake with Cheese Frosting
This is my 2nd Rainbow Birthday Cake in a week. This was baked for my nephew birthday. It was really challenging baking this and I am running out of ideas for decorations. So just anyhow decorate it and overall turned out not too bad.

Soyfresh Hershey's Chocolate Flavoured Soya Milk Cake
This is my first time using Soyfresh Hershey's Chocolate Flavoured Soya Milk to bake a cake for my colleague birthday. As I still have balanced Soyfresh Hershey's Chocolate, I used it to bake cupcakes for my customer. Overall the taste is quite good and not too sweet.
