This is my favourite porridge whenever I go for Dim Sum. This dish is simple to cook and is my family favourite too. I love going for Dim Sum, it's the time where family members can gather together to enjoy a meal. There are so many dim sum dishes that I liked and will always order a varitey of each to try. So far I still love the dim sum I had in Hong Kong.
