300g Ripe Bananaa
50g Rice Flour
50g Cake Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar ( adjust according to sweetness of bananas)
Oil for deep frying
1. Mash Bananas.
2. Mix all ingredients to the mashed bananas.
3. Heat up oil at medium to high heat.
4. Drop spoonful of batter and deep fry until golden brown.
